High quality and great service are the Hardick values we offer all existing and new customers.  We constantly train and develop our employees to achieve premium customer service, technical advice and product knowledge. Our management structure is fast tracked to avoid loss of communication.

Our Sales engineers travel throughout the world, visiting our customers, to discuss wish lists, problems and requirements, from the shop floor, designers and senior managers.  We believe sharing a problem is the easiest way to find a resolution. We are pleased to investigate all conveyor systems and seek solutions to enhance production. For larger problems we offer an in-house project team comprising of engineers, mechanics and designers.

Efficient Planning, a large production capacity, wide range of stock and an automated production facility means that Hardick is able to produce the majority of orders within one to three days of confirmation of order. We also have an emergency breakdown service where a belt can be produced within a few hours. We have a network of transport partners arranging fast and efficient delivery.

We also offer an on Site conveyor belt installation team, using bespoke designed mobile presses and experienced fitters, to ensure a reliable replacement service
