Non-Stick

PTFE coated materials are sought after in industrial processes due to their excellent non-stick properties. The coating ensures that products easily release from the PTFE conveyor belt without sticking, which increases efficiency and reduces maintenance costs. The unique chemical structure of PTFE, also known by the brand name Teflon, results in an extremely smooth surface. This is due to carbon-fluorine bonds that do not adhere to other materials. The smoothness minimizes friction and facilitates cleaning. Additionally, PTFE is resistant to high temperatures, making it a durable and effective non-stick coating.

Heat resistant

PTFE glass fabric combines the heat resistance of PTFE with the durability of fiberglass. This material can withstand extreme temperatures up to 260°C (500 F) while remaining flexible and stable. The PTFE coating provides excellent non-stick properties, while the fiberglass contributes to strength and durability. As a result, PTFE glass fabric is ideal for applications where heat resistance, chemical resistance, and non-stick properties are required, for example in industrial ovens, food preparation and packaging machines.

Low friction

PTFE has an extremely low coefficient of friction, making the material ideal for applications where a smooth flow is essential. The unique chemical structure results in smooth surfaces with minimal resistance, which minimizes friction. As a result, PTFE is widely used in machine parts, sliding elements and lubricants for efficient operation.

Chemical resistance

PTFE glass fabric exhibits excellent chemical resistance thanks to the combination of PTFE and fiberglass. This material withstands corrosive substances, acids and chemicals, making it ideal for environments with aggressive chemical processes. PTFE glass tapes

Discover our range of self-adhesive and special PTFE tapes! Our self-adhesive PTFE glass fabrics are equipped with a silicone adhesive layer that withstands temperatures up to 260°C. Standard rolls are available in lengths of 30 meters and widths ranging from 3 mm to 1500 mm. We also supply sheets and square meters of these materials. Additionally, we offer custom sizes and shapes. The plastic backing that covers the adhesive side allows for easy handling of large pieces.

Our self-adhesive PTFE glass is also extremely suitable to cover rollers and prevent your product from sticking to the roller.

PTFE glass sheets

We manufacture and supply PTFE glass as sheets and cut shapes in a wide variety of sizes, colours and thicknesses. Our products are applicable to reduce friction in machines, as a surface for material processing and as protection for work surfaces. The structure of our material is also used as an imprint in plastics or coated fabrics for items such as suitcases, floor mats, and sound insulation.

Thanks to the exceptionally low coefficient of friction and the smooth surface of our PTFE glass fabric, our sheets and self-adhesive tapes are highly suitable for sliding applications. When your products or packaging are difficult to move, you can easily cover the surface with our tape to resolve this issue.
