FEP and PFA shrink tubes are extruded and expanded tubes that shrink back to their original size when heated. combined with their non-stick properties makes this the FEP and PFA shrink tubes particularly suitable for covering rolls and rollers.

We supply FEP and PFA shrink tubes as seamless extruded tubes with diameters between Ø 22 mm and Ø 850 mm. Shrink tubes with a seam are available with diameters between Ø 850 mm tot Ø 5.000 mm. all shrink tubes are available in any length up to a maximum of 10 meter.
Innovative solutions
FEP and PFA are resistant to nearly all chemicals. Exceptions are liquid alkali metals and fluorine when used at elevated temperatures. We also advise against using complex halogenated compounds such as chlorine trifluoride at high temperatures and pressures.

Installation
You can easily install our FEP and PFA heat shrink tubes up to Ø100 mm yourself. However, for larger rollers, we recommend having the installation carried out by our experts to ensure optimal results.
We offer flexible installation options depending on your rollers or preferences. Our team can install the heat shrink tubes on site at your location. Additionally, we also offer the option to send your roller to us so we can install the heat shrink tubing in our factory. Whatever option you choose, you benefit from our expertise and experience, ensuring that your heat shrink tubing fits perfectly and provides long-lasting, reliable protection for your rollers.
