Installation
After delivery, the PTFE conveyor belt must be carefully installed into the machine. Depending on the specific situation, the belt can be installed endless, fitted with a mechanical joint, or sealed in the machine. Based on belt quality, width, and welding requirements, we select the optimal welding press and patches to ensure the best possible connection.
Our experienced install team, equipped with specially developed welding presses, is always ready to assist you. Whether planned or unplanned, we are available day and night, weekdays and weekends.
Repair
Although damage to a PTFE conveyor belt is uncommon, it cannot be ruled out entirely. Small scratches, holes, or tears can usually be repaired onsite within minutes. In good cooperation, we select the appropriate repair patches, after which our technicians quickly and professionally restore your belt onsite.
For more extensive damage, immediate repair may not be possible. In such cases, we can either remove the damaged section and perform a re-weld, or attach a new piece to the existing belt, depending on the specific situation.
