PTFE sealing presses
We develop, produce and supply PTFE sealing presses to easily install our PTFE belts. Years of experience and innovation have lead to the most efficient, qualitative and portable sealing equipment. Safe, easy, quick and durable.
We have developed the EasyWeldingSystem for our sealing presses and accompanying films and plasters. With our EWS everybody everywhere can make a perfect seam in PTFE conveyor belts.
Application
Our sealing presses are used in proceses where PTFE conveyor belts need to be sealed on site. Making the joint on site saves much time compared to installing a belt endless. Having a sealed non-marking joint is often beneficial over a mechanical joint. Advantages of our equipment:
- Quick and efficient install of PTFE conveyor belts.
- Best possible joint with high quality, durability and minimal mark off.
- Minimal machine stand still.
- The joint is not and will not become the weakest link in the belt.
Sealing presses
We supply a range of mobile presses to seal PTFE belts on site. All presses operate around 400oC with an efficient process heating and cooling:
- Step press for on site cutting and consequently sealing of finger joints in large and wide closed PTFE belts. Mobile press for a fixed set up on site to make nearly non-marking joints.
- Vacuum press for sealing mesh belts. Light weight portable press for butt joints and overlaps.
- Short press for joining smaller belts.
All our presses are equipped with EasyWeldingSystem. For every specific application we supply the best fitting sealing set with precut and prefixated films and plasters.
Handheld iron
We fabricate and supply handheld irons to repair and to join PTFE belt and sheets. With our repair sets everybody can easily repair a small scratch or tear. The iron comes with a cooling block in a convenient case. Our iron is developed for intensive daily use at 400oC.
Customer specific
We also design and fabricate specials based upon requests and demands. This can be in case of specific dimensions, solution for small spaces or automated handling and lifting.
