Quality and Service
At Hardick, quality and service are at the heart of everything we do.
We strive to build long-term, close partnerships with our customers, actively contributing ideas for new applications and continuous improvements.
Our team is available 24/7, and thanks to our large stock of PTFE-coated fabrics, we can guarantee exceptionally short lead times. Our installation team is happy to visit customers on-site to install our conveyor belts using our custom-developed welding equipment.
A Flat Operational Structure and a Culture of Continuous Growth
We operate with a flat organizational structure and short lines of communication between teams and departments, ensuring smooth and efficient collaboration.
We also invest continuously in the development of our employees, enabling them to work across multiple roles and deliver the best possible products and advice to our customers. To support this, we’ve developed an extensive in-house training program that covers all key aspects of our dynamic and challenging market — including PTFE, fabrics, applications, and processing techniques.
On-the-Road Sales Consultants Supported by In-House Specialists
Our sales consultants operate throughout Europe — and beyond when needed.
They visit customers on-site to observe production processes, understand specific needs, and analyze challenges or issues. Thanks to their expertise and experience, solutions are often developed on the spot and then produced in-house.
At our headquarters, we have a fully equipped lab and a team of experts who analyze requirements, requests, and complaints in detail. Together with you, our customer, we work toward the best solution — no matter the challenge.
Proudly Certified
At Hardick, quality comes first. Our systems are ISO 9001:2015 certified — proof of our focus on consistent quality and ongoing improvement. It shows we deliver high-end solutions that meet international standards.
All our technicians are VCA or VCA-VOL certified and receive regular training to keep safety top of mind — always.
We believe in growth and development. That’s why we offer internships, apprenticeship programs, and reintegration opportunities. As a long-standing SBB-recognized training company, we’re proud to help people grow their skills and careers.
Stronger together with our sister companies
At Hardick, we believe in the power of collaboration. In Hengelo, we team up with our sister companies — HardiCraft, HardiWell, and HardiKracht. We share more than just a building: we share knowledge, people, and resources. That makes us faster, smarter, and stronger together. For the U.S. market, we work closely with HG Belting — so we can support our customers worldwide.
Each company brings its own strengths to the table. By combining them, we drive innovation, open up new possibilities, and grow together.
HardiCraft designs and produces high-quality DIY kits, focused on crochet and knitting. All our products are made in the Netherlands, and from our headquarters in Hengelo, we ship worldwide to retailers, wholesalers, and online shops.
We collaborate with leading Dutch designers and regularly launch new, creative kits for craft lovers everywhere.
Rooted in the rich textile history of Twente, we blend tradition with innovation to deliver quality in every product. Social responsibility is a key focus for us — we actively work with organizations that promote workforce participation. At HardiCraft, we offer protected workplaces for people with a distance to the labor market, supported by our in-house job coach.
HG Belting supplies PTFE conveyor belts and related products. We also offer custom stock management for our American customers through our warehouse in Ringgold, Georgia — and we have the tools and team to install belts directly on-site.
Our brand-new facility in Ringgold is right in the heart of the industrial region covering Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, and the Carolinas — close to many of our U.S. clients. We support new projects, offer on-site inspections for troubleshooting or development, and are available 24/7.
Thanks to our short communication lines, most orders — even the ones made in the Netherlands — are delivered to U.S. customers within just one business week.
We believe corporate social responsibility (CSR) should be the standard for every business. For us, CSR isn’t just a choice — it’s the only path toward a sustainable future.
As an employer, we take a broader view of our people. We focus on what our employees can do, not what they can’t — helping them grow both personally and professionally. That’s why we welcome individuals with a distance to the labor market and are committed to investing in their development.
This approach creates meaningful opportunities — not just for the people we support, but also for partner organizations. Through HardiKracht, our team of experienced job coaches provides tailored support. With years of hands-on experience across diverse groups and needs, we ensure every employee gets the guidance they need to thrive.
HardiWell develops smart, custom solutions to repair and improve (drinking) water production processes. We also design tools for both manual and automated maintenance and regeneration of water wells.
Our expertise includes techniques like intermittent pumping, surging, sectioned pumping, and water well bottom cleaning — down to over 200 meters. Thanks to our close collaboration with clients and years of experience, we create tailored equipment that meets the latest standards and maximizes well performance.
We also offer well repair and reliner installation to increase efficiency and lifespan. With our innovative, hands-on approach, we deliver reliable results for every regeneration challenge.
